Washington DC -- The Tibetan events were dominated by the Dalai Lama and the Buddhist Monks.  The Dalai Lama went as far as making an "unannounced" visit to his people's events on Monday following his appearance.  The Secret Service and other Protection Agencys came swooping down the Mall in their black unmarked cars to shut down the exits (for security) and His Holiness walked through the exhibits talking with those lucky few who were inside the gates at the right time.
